Advice for Road Runners: The Saucony Men's Triumph 22 Running Shoes are neutral road running shoes. Designed to deliver supreme comfort.

Underfoot Feel

The midsole of the Triumph 22 contains Saucony's PWRRUN PB foam. This foam is Saucony's premium cushioning material - made from a proprietary blend of PeBa® polymers.

One key feature of Saucony's PWRRUN PB foam is that it is very bouncy. However, it also provides a consistent performance across a wide range of temperatures, and is substantially more durable in comparison to EVA foam.

The key point is that there is a substantial amount of high-quality cushioning in the midsole. The Triumph 22 feel very protective underfoot. The width of the midsole and outsole help to provide a stable platform from which to land on and push off from.

Upper Fit

The premium upper compliments the premium midsole cushioning. The engineered mesh is very soft and breathable. There is a lot of padding in the soft heel collar lining, and the tongue helps to provide a very comfortable fit.

The upper is likely to feel roomy and unrestrictive, whilst still supporting your feet.

Ideal Run Type

The Saucony Men's Triumph 22 Running Shoes are ideal for daily training runs. They should be a great option for runs ranging from recovery runs at slow speeds to long training runs at steady paces.

Sizing Advice

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).

This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
