Mio's Alpha 2 is a connected sports watch and EKG heart rate monitor in one. The Alpha 2 does not require a chest strap. The watch features configurable heart rate zones with colored LED lights to indicate your current zone. The watch syncs your workout data with your phone and your favorite fitness apps using Bluetooth 4.0. An onboard accelerometer tracks your speed, pace, distance, and calories. The Alpha 2 is water resistant up to 30 meters, and has an average battery life of 20 hours when in active heart rate monitoring mode. The Alpha 2 is compatible with Android, iOS, and select Windows smartphones.
